We are an outsourced information technology services and specialist Operational and Business Support System (OSS and BSS) solutions provider throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
Trysoft Technologies is the collective business name that reflects our combined offerings with the experiences and capabilities of the former Trysoft Corporation Limited, the wholly owned subsidiary Essential Software Australia Pty Ltd and the bureau based OSS and BSS solution, dataDirector.
The services we deliver involve a number of technology disciplines including managed services, software support and maintenance, software development, proactive project management and complex billing support and management.
We also offer bureau based and outsourced telecommunications and energy billing services through Trysoft Technologies' developed software, dataDirector and BillMan.
Our flexible engagement model and approach to service delivery have also contributed to our competitive advantage. The provision of cost-effective, flexible and scalable technology solutions to clients in the last 20 years have helped us leverage our expertise and capabilities to continually deliver enhanced business solutions.
Our History
Trysoft Technologies was first established in 1988 and since then our expertise in IT service delivery in complex billing, large enterprises and government environments has evolved to place us in a unique position in the Australasian market. Our domain knowledge in the telecommunications, energy and government markets has been gained from almost twenty years experience of working with clients to meet emerging challenges.
Trysoft Technologies is a business division of Raw Capital Partners Limited (ASX:RCA), a company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange in 2000. Raw Capital Partners Limited has long standing technology capabilities (as the former Trysoft Corporation Limited) and provides financial technology solutions through its joint venture with EAB Systems Limited to life insurance companies, financial institutions and financial services organisations. RCA also has a corporate advisory services division.
Trysoft Technologies continued to diversify and increase its presence in Sydney through the acquisition of Essential Software Australia Pty Ltd (ESA) in November 2003. ESA is an IT outsourcing company based in Sydney, Australia, has IT2036 accreditation and delivers proven technology solutions to a number of NSW Government agencies.
In February 2004 Trysoft Technologies established a new products division. This division specialises in developing innovative web-delivered bureau based OSS and BSS solutions for large enterprises across the Asia Pacific region. The addition of ESA and a product development division, allowed renewed investment in new capabilities which has successfully delivered Trysoft Technologies to a wider range of services and clients.
Trysoft Technologies has continued to evolve on the basis of ongoing relationships with clients, strong reputation in the telecommunications, energy and government sectors and our strategy of delivering flexible and scalable solutions to clients.
