The goal of Process MeNtOR is to produce high quality systems, which are delivered on time and on budget. It consists of a set of processes, procedures and deliverables that guide project team members through the software design and construction process and provides a full life cycle support for projects of all sizes.
Process MeNtOR is compliant with the industry standard UML. The processes provide the basis for a CMM or SPICE level 3 certification.
